Like many other websites, we use so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are transferred from a website server to your hard drive. By this we have automatic access to certain data, such as your IP address, the browser you use, the operating system from your computer and your connection to the internet.
Cookies cannot be used to launch programs or to implement viruses to a computer. The information contained in cookies allows us to ease navigation and enable the correct display of our web pages.
Under no circumstances will we forward the data collected by us to any third party or create any link with your personal data without your prior consent.
We use state-of-the-art HTTPS encryption technology (e.g. SSL) to safeguard the security of your data during transmission.
Script libraries (Google Web Fonts)
For a correct and graphically appealing cross-browser display of our contents, we use script libraries and font libraries like Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Therefore, to prevent multiple loading, Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser cache. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, content will be displayed in a standard font.
The call of script libraries or font libraries triggers an automatic connection to the library operator. In theory, these library operators could also collect your data. For the time being there is, however, no evidence that they do and if so for what purposes.
This website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about how visitors use the map features. For more information about Google’s data processing, please refer to the Google Privacy Notice. In Google’s privacy site you can also adapt the data protection setting to your personal demands.
You will find detailed instructions for the administration of your own data in Google products here.
Embedded YouTube videos
We have embedded YouTube videos on some of our web pages. The pertaining plug-ins are operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. Whenever you visit a web page with the YouTube plug-in, it will connect to the servers of YouTube. Thus, YouTube will become informed about the web pages you access. When you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behaviour to you personally. You may prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.
However, if you have deactivated the storage of cookies in the Google Ad program, you will not have to expect such cookies while watching YouTube videos. YouTube also uses other cookies to store non-personal usage data in other cookies. To prevent this, you can block the storage of cookies in the browser.
